“ Connor created an absolutely exceptional private dining experience for me and ten friends for a garden dinner party. He curated a beautiful Middle Eastern-inspired menu with unique cheese pairings that made the entire evening a flavor journey.
He went above and beyond with every detail—from sourcing locally raised lamb to finding fresh, unique spices and exceptional Palestinian olive oil. The ingredients were thoughtfully selected, and every dish was beautifully plated and absolutely delicious.
The professional service, presentation, and quality of the food made the evening feel like a Michelin-quality experience in our own garden. Connor’s attention to detail and creativity really stood out, and our guests were blown away.

“I booked Connor for a private chef experience for my wife's birthday, and it was absolutely spectacular. This dinner, a surprise for my wife, involved nine guests, and Connor truly went above and beyond to make it special. He started by asking a simple yet intriguing question: "Where do you want to travel to in the world?" My wife chose Asia, and from there, Connor proposed a variety of menu options for a five-course tasting menu, inspired by the cuisines of China, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. He reimagined traditional dishes with innovative twists and sourced unique, locally-sourced ingredients from Colorado.
Connor's dedication shone through as he spent a full day prepping in my kitchen the day before, and on the day of the event, he was there from 11 AM to 11 PM, managing everything from final prep to dinner service and clean-up. The dinner itself was exceptional. Highlights included Khao Jee sticky rice waffles with ginger turmeric bone broth sauce, Plea Sach Ko herb salad with toasted rice and peanuts, Amok fish curry served in banana leaf bowls, and a dessert of toasted sesame and peanut vanilla bean ice cream topped with chili crisp.
What made the evening even more memorable was Connor’s exceptional hospitality, kindness, and his infectious passion for cooking and sharing his culinary knowledge with everyone. It was an 11/10 experience—highly recommend Connor for anyone looking for a standout private chef experience, cooking class, or custom meal prep. Thanks, Connor, for an unforgettable evening!“
